The church body markedly exceeds all the other parts and symbolises the main spiritual part. The adjacent areas serve as rooms for church mass preparation, for praying and for technical backround. The main sacral space is divided into three parts as well - the chancel, the space for spectators and the elevated choir loft in the back of the church. The church body is slightly backlit throught the area, that is made of subtle facing of stone ply and hard glass. The concept of the church agrees with the surroundings and near buildings too. It is placed in an area of high-rise buildings and a policlinic.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the design of a new sacral building in Brno-Líšeň. The church building is complemented by a spiritual center with facilities. The church is to serve not only the contemporary Salesian community, but also to be open to a wider circle of believers. It is a slightly sloping plot in the middle of a panel building between the polyclinic building and the building of the Salesian Youth Center (= Salesko). Salesko is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accompany children and young people on their journey to adulthood and contribute to their physical, mental and spiritual development. The center builds on the preventive pedagogical system of Don Bosco, the founder of the Salesians. The idea is based on the main essence of the Salesians - home, family background, community. The design processes several interconnected operations into one complete unit with a common entrance atrium. The floor plan of the objects imitates the letter U, which means openness to the surrounding world, while also providing a certain background - safety. The buildings are single-storey, only the liturgical space itself, formed by a circular floor plan, forms a dominant dominant with a bell tower. Part of the design is the solution of parking spaces and free outdoor areas. From the urban point of view, emphasis is placed on walking accessibility, at the same time barrier-free access and use of the building is ensured.

The content of the diploma thesis was an architectural study of a sacral building in Brno - Líšeň. The subject of the study was the elaboration of an ideological design of a sacral complex, which consisted of a church and a parish. The main operator of the whole complex will be the Salesian community, whose background is in close proximity to the area. The basic idea of the design was to design a spiritual place, which in its form conveys clear information about the use of the object and at the same time supports the development of ideas of the Salesian community. It is a structure that conveys the mission itself, not by one element, but by a set of several elements that together create a story, vision, mission. The ideological solution in this case thus becomes an equilateral triangle, which symbolizes the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. With its dominant vertical direction facing the sky, the object symbolically points to the spiritual path and self-realization. The given area is solved as a complex, the elements of which complement each other and thus create a harmonious whole. The design creates a space for both liturgical celebrations in the interior and exterior, which is used by the outdoor presbytery, which is complemented by residential stairs. These elements are intended to encourage residents to meet and establish friendly relations.

The task of the diploma thesis is the design of the sacral building of Salesians and community center in Brno – Líšeň. The founder of the Salesian order is the Italian priest John Bosco. The Salesian style stands on three pillars: reason, religion and kindness. It is a style of educational work, based on a preventive system and constant assistance. The Salesian congregation and subsequently the entire complex of the center in the urban district Brno-Líšeň received help from the foundation fund for youth, which he started in 1998 its construction. The proposed facility should cover the remaining needs of visitors and should be accessible to the general public. As a result, an architectural design was created, which includes an object of church with a parish section and a community center. The sacral object has a monumental appearance and its shape consists of a dominant cube standing on a monumental and long base, thus fitting into the contemporary surroundings and reacting to its overall structure. The composition is completed by a high concrete belfry. The entire complex consists of two masses connected by a covered colonnade. The first main mass includes a church with a rectory. The church can accommodate almost three hundred visitors. The parsonage serves as accommodation for the parish priest and other members of the congregation, and has access to the parish atrium. The second part of the complex is the community center with the main space of the multifunctional hall and administration.
